How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 working days depending on your wilaya. The carrier and the expected date are shown at checkout and in your order.
How much is delivery?
The fee depends on the carrier and your municipality, and it is free above each carrier’s threshold. You always see the exact fee before ordering.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available everywhere we deliver; you pay the courier when your order arrives.
How do I return an item?
Open the order in My orders and choose “Request a refund” within 14 days of delivery. Add photos if the item is damaged.
How do coupons work?
Collect a coupon in My coupons or type its code at checkout. The discount is applied to the eligible items before delivery fees.
