Our return policy

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Conditions

• The item is unused, complete and in its original packaging when possible.
• Made-to-order pieces can only be returned if they are faulty or not as ordered.
• Damaged on arrival? Tell us within 48 hours with photos.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the item, the refund goes back to your payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by transfer.
