Track your order

Open Profile, then Orders, and tap Track order on the order you want to follow.

• You see each step: placed, confirmed, being prepared, shipped and delivered.
• Once shipped, the carrier’s tracking link and the expected date appear.
• We send you a notification at every step.

The courier calls the phone number on your account before coming, so keep it verified and reachable.
